Are our garden rooms suitable all year round?

Yes - all our garden rooms are fully insulated and designed for year-round use.

Is installation included?

Yes, professional installation is included as standard within 80 miles of our show site (G82 2TX). 
All we require is a flat, level base.  If no flat, level base is available - basework costs can be discussed at point of order.

Do I need planning permission?

In most cases, no. We'll advise you based on your property and garden.

How long does it take?

Timelines vary by design, but we'll give you a clear schedule upfront.

What electrics are included?

We supply 4 external LED soffit lights, 6 internal LED spotlights, 2 internal double sockets, 1 double switch, 1 electric heater and 1 consumer unit.  We don't include the cost of the connection to the mains.
