To apply for a Novuna Personal Finance loan, you must:

• Be 21 years or older
• Have a UK bank or building society account
• Be a UK resident for at least 3 years
• Be employed, self-employed, or retired with a pension
• Earn at least £10,000 per year
• Have a good credit history

You’ll need the following information when applying:

• Annual income
• Employment details
• Bank account details
• 3 years of address history

Finance Decision

Our simple online application is easy to complete and gives you a decision in minutes! 

Once approved, you can manage everything in one place with your online account, giving you complete control of your loan.  However, if you need a bit of extra help or you’d prefer to speak to someone, you can always give Novuna's friendly UK-based Customer Service Team a call - they're always happy to help.

We don't charge any upfront fees or hidden costs, either. And it's easy to make overpayments or settle early if you decide you want to pay back your loan earlier than planned.

Repaying The Loan

Your first direct debit payment will be taken about 30 days after you have received your purchase.  You have the right to repay all or part of the loan early at any time.

Cancellation

There is a 14-day cooling off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after signing your documents. If you wish to do this, you need to notify Novuna. A finance agreement does not affect our standard refund and returns policy.
