The foundation and the floor joists are connected together with screws. Fastenings may be made for the connections. The floor frame is pressure treated. This protects the wood from undesirable effects of the environment: bugs, the sun's rays, fungus, rot and other environmental factors.

We can supply a bigger base frame if you are intending to mount the base frame on a wooden frame. This is best utilised if your garden is sloped.
