Adjusting Doors and Windows

Introduction

Wood is a living product, it settles after build, then moves seasonally. It expands during the winter and contracts during the summer. This can mean that doors and windows may need to be adjusted from time to time either because the door is not shutting properly or the lock is not lining up. This is an easy process and will only need a 4mm Allen Key and patience, a trial and error approach is needed.

Doors

Each Tyla door position can be adjusted at either hinge, please see the image below for instructions.

Windows

Each Tyla double glazed window door position can be adjusted at either hinge, the image coming soon.
